PRE MATRIC(IX-X) & POST MATRIC (XI- XII) SCHOLARSHIP 2021.
(SC/ST/OBC ছাত্রদের জন্য)

Class-IX TO X (PRE MATRIC),SC & ST ছাত্ররা APPLY করবে।

Class-XI TO XII (POST MATRIC),SC,ST ও OBC ছাত্ররা APPLY করবে।

Apply করতে হবে অনলাইনে।
WWW.OASIS.GOV.IN এই ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে।
*যারা আবেদন করবে তাদের অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে *
১) নিজস্ব printed /digital caste certificate.
২) নিজস্ব bank account
৩) Aadhar Card
৪) আগের বছরের marksheet
৫) পিতা বা মাতার annual/monthly income certificate.
৬) বর্তমান শ্রেণীর ভর্তির বিল।
৭)দুই কপি কালার stam size এর ফটো।

** আবেদন করার নিয়ম **
উক্ত website এ গিয়ে প্রথমেই নিজ নিজ caste certificate টিকে verify করাতে হবে।তারপর পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে user id ও password তৈরি হবে এবং website এ দেওয়া form টি যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে।form টি দুটি কপি print out করতে হবে।
একটি নিজের কাছে রেখে অন্যটি বিদ্যালয়ে জমা করতে হবে।
*** Form এর সাথে লাল সুতো দিয়ে বেঁধে দিতে হবে নিন্মলিখিত কাগজগুলি ***
১) caste certificate এর xerox
২)bank passbook এর frontpage এর xerox
৩)Aadhar card এর xerox
৪)আগের বছরের marksheet এর xerox
5)বর্তমান ভর্তির বিল এর xerox
৬) পিতা বা মাতার annual/monthly income certificate এর original
বিদ্যালয়ে আবেদনপত্রটি জমা দেওয়ার নির্দিষ্ট তারিখ ও সময় পরে জানানো হবে।
যাদের renewal হবে অর্থাৎ আগের বছরে আবেদন করা আছে তারা renewal scholarship option যাবে।

আদেশানুসারে,

পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণীর অভিভাবকদের জানানো যাচ্ছে যে জানুয়ারি(২১) মাসে Middaymeal ও বই বিতরণ করা হবে নিম্মলিখিত দিনে।

Class V (New) and Class VI – 07/01/2021 time 11.30 am to 2 pm

Class VII and VIII – 08/01/2021 time 11.30am to 2 pm.

কেবলমাত্র অভিভাবকদের আসতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।মাস্ক পরা বাধ্যতামূলক। ছাত্রদের পরিচয় বহনকারী যে কোনো একটি document সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।

All the guardians of class V to VIII are hereby notified that the following dates are fixed for Distribution of 2kg rice,1 kg chhola,1 kg Potato and 1 piece soap in the month of October 2020 from school. You are requested to collect the same by maintaining all covid19 precautions.You are also requested to collect the checked out activity task sheet at the same time.

আদেশানুসারে,

The scheduled dates(month of september 2020) for distribution of 2 kg Rice, 1 kg potato,1kg gram(chhola), 1 piece soap are as follows-

1. Class V and VI – 09.09.2020 at 11 am to 2 pm.
2. Class VII and VIII-10.09.2020 at 11 am to 2 pm.

Only guardians are permitted to collect the same maintaining all precaution about Corona Virus.

The next admission date for class XI-2020 (Who applied through online as well as those students who did not able to apply for any reason) has been fixed on 02/09/2020 at 12 noon .Only guardians will come to school office for said admission.

Spot application and admission from office may be done to help you .

মে সব অভিভাবকরা(পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণী) ০৬/০৮/২০ ও ০৭/০৮/২০ তারিখ Middaymeal এর দ্রব্য সংগ্ৰহ করতে পারেন নি ,তারা আগামী ১৩/০৮/২০২০ তারিখ বেলা ১১টা থেকে ১টার মধ্যে বিদ্যালয় থেকে চাল, আলু ,ছোলা ও সাবান সংগ্ৰহ করতে পারবেন, সাথে activity task sheet ও জমা দেওয়া যাবে। যারা এখনো activity task sheet জমা করতে পারেনি(পঞ্চম থেকে অষ্টম শ্রেণী) তারা ঐ দিন উক্ত task sheet জমা দিতে পারবেন। শুধু মাত্র অভিভাবকেরা মাস্ক পরে ও দূরত্ব বজায় রেখে বিদ্যালয়ে আসবেন। ছাত্রদের সঙ্গে আনা যাবেনা।

The school leaving certificate of passed out H.S students 2020 will be distributed on 13/08/2020 at 2 pm.ONLY Guardians will come to collect the school leaving certificate.

All the guardians of class XII 2020 (Promoted from XI to XII) are here by informed that the following dates have been fixed for readmission in the class XII 2020. Only guardians will come to school for admission maintaining all covid19 precautions .Students who did not attend in final examination (XI) are not eligible to admit in class XII.Bring the registration certificates during admission.
